Cold & Flu Policy

As care providers, we want to emphasize our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all our clients and team members. To this end, we have implemented the following protocol to minimize the risk of illness transmission:

Mask Usage: Masks are not mandatory, but please wear them if you are experiencing symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, or congestion, or if you have been in contact with someone experiencing these symptoms. Clients may request the use of masks at any point and our staff members will have masks available.

Flexible Scheduling: If you or someone you have close contact with is feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of illness, please inform us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. The health and well-being of our clients are of utmost importance to us, and we want to ensure that you receive our services in a safe and comfortable environment.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we work together to prioritize the health and well-being of everyone in our community. Should you have any questions or concerns about our cold and flu protocol, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Warm regards,
